What we process
Review text and their ratings; nicknames and aliases of profile subjects; city and services (public data from listings); a hashed phone number used only as a search key (never published); a hashed IP of the review submitter (for abuse control).
Special-category data
Profiles may concern identifiable people's sex life (GDPR Art. 9). We process the minimum necessary, act on objections and erasure requests, and never publish phone numbers.
Lawful bases
Legitimate interest (running a reviews portal and user safety), balanced against data subjects' rights; where required by law, other appropriate bases apply. [To confirm with counsel.]
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland). Send requests to [email protected].
Retention
We keep data as long as needed for the service or until a valid erasure request. Removed content disappears from public access and from search indexes.
